Wolf Energy, Inc. was founded by Larry R. Wollschlager in 1980. The primary business emphasis of Wolf Energy, Inc. during its operation was the exploration and production of natural gas reservoirs located in the Deep Delaware Basin of West Texas. It was organized as a sole proprietorship and later incorporated in 1992.

To the extent that Wolf Energy, Inc. holds any working interest, it generally owns a majority interest in such wells; it also runs the operations of most of said wells. Achieving majority ownership and operation of working interest wells ensured maximum field efficiency and thus a strong return on investment. During the companys active years, Wolf Energy, Inc. operated 18 oil and gas producing wells in the Loving Reeves and Pecos counties located in Texas. During operation, the company located and acquired specific highly productive acreage, and obtained leases on wells with associated acreage and mineral interest.

Wolf Energy, Inc. accumulated acreage positions consisting of approximately 6,000 gross acres located in the Delaware Basin of West Texas. Most of said acreage has existing usable well bores, electric logs, production histories, seismology, and other subsurface geological data. Wolf believes that this provides opportunities for future exploitation.

Wolf has spent many years working in and studying the aspects of the Delaware Basin which has resulted in an extensive understanding of the deposition and stratigraphic sequences of this region. From this effort, Mr. Wollschlager believes that he has identified many excellent and well-defined prospects, a number of which are available for development at this time.
